I never thot I could run 4 kilometers in less than 20 minutes! Afa made it possible. Afa trained me to be a strong person than I could ever imagine. Interesting thing to know about him is that he has trained me to be a stronger and better person than himself!!! More than anything else, though, what stands out is his positive view of life. He has my wholehearted endorsement.

Losing weight and being in shape, i guess its not easy for many of us. I was quite illiterate about health and fitness till i met SHARON, my personal trainer. She taught me that, being fit is not only about looking good physically but also to be able to maintain a healthy heart and mind. When i first joined the gym, i used to workout on my own, not motivated, sometimes lazy and not enthusiastic about my workouts............ the results....THUMBS DOWN...I did not see any difference. When i first consulted Sharon, i told her about my misery (not losing any weight at all). This is because i was doing it all the wrong way without proper guidance.
Thereafter when she took over she guided and taught me everything from what type of cardiovascular exercises to weight trainings to what type of classes i should be attending to achieve my desired goal. She also guided me to change my eating habits to better (incorporated a lot of healthy food - vegetables, fruits, no oily and fatty food, and most importantly is to drink plenty of water daily) and always encouraged me to get enough sleep and rest after every workout session so that my muscles will recover better and faster. I may give up while working out with her, BUT she will never give up on me. She keeps on motivating me and reminding me that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. Every workout session with Sharon is different. She's never repetitive, which makes me always anticipating and looking forward for training with her. Sharon always transfers her knowledge to paper in the form of mind maps and short notes, which i really like because my mind doesn't absorb everything as knowledge about fitness is definitely not my forte. Sharon always trains with diversified exercising techniques yet challenging but keeping in my mind my capacity and ability to achieve the goals that has been set.She monitors my progress from time to time and helps me to achieve more.At the end of every session, its her trademark to give her client a good massage and she really pampers you so you feel really satisfied and relaxed. These days if i don't workout, i definitely feel there's a miss in my daily routine. It has come to this level that exercise is so important to me and i truly owe my sincere gratitude to Sharon.
I wouldn't have come to this stage if not for her dedication, support, encouragement, motivation and her sharing of fitness knowledge with me. And you know what, I AM LOVING this lifestyle of mine. Today after 6 months training with her, not only i have dropped in kilograms but i have also lost in inches. Now, i have to go shopping to buy clothes in smaller sizes :) SHARON........DEDICATED, RESULT ORIENTED, MOTIVATING, SUPPORTIVE, FUN-LOVING, HIGH SPIRITED, PATIENCE, TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL, FULL OF INTEGRITY, HARDWORKING, GOOD HEARTED, NEVER GIVES UP AND NOT TO FORGET SMOKING HOT............You'll never get all these qualities packaged in one personal trainer....but Sharon has it all....its worth every penny of my investment. She delivers what she promises. Here i take this opportunity to thank Sharon for all that she has done for me and guide me through.............i feel totally blessed to have found her as my personal trainer. "You look so much better now!", "You've got nice butt!", "You look fit!" – are some of the compliments I get these days which I never heard before in the past when all I got was "You're skinny" and such is the remark that do not I find it something to be proud of myself. The fall I had last year had caused my lower back to hurt for nearly one year until I finally decided to do something about it early this year – joining a gym to regain my fitness level that seemed to be declining due to my work and the lower back pain I carried.
Without prior experience and knowledge about fitness or personal training, here I was signing myself up as a gym member and then a female personal trainer (I know how some people are skeptical about female personal trainers whether they can do the job as well as male ones – you will be proven wrong!) was assigned to me – one tough looking female personal trainer, alright! Little that I knew apart from strengthening my lower back, the personal training programme designed for me has helped me beyond my expectation! My lower back in doing much better now, I can bend over and sit down without feeling any more pain like I used to. And what is the bonus I have gained from the personal training is a toned body and at least I have some nice butt to brag about now!!
I know all this would not be possible without a professional someone whose attention is much given into meeting my body’s specific needs. Someone who is there to guide and motivate me and push my body to the limits in order to see the results we want to achieve! That someone whom I wish to express my sincerest appreciation to for her dedication, enthusiasm, patience, understanding and encouragement, is none other than SHARON. Sharon is one great personal trainer – she is friendly, funny at times, warm-hearted, and most of all she is serious about getting you into shape! She may be tough with you during training but all you have to do is just listen to her instructions and do as she says! You will surely owe her a big thank you when you see the changes in your body at the end of the day! Who says skinny people need not have to work out? You better be right! Look at yourself in mirror if you can find some beautiful butt to brag about. If you don't, look for SHARON!

I first met Sharon when I signed my two months gym trial session. As part of the package, I was given a free PT session. I found Sharon very helpful and encouraging as I tend to be very lazy in working out :) She's very dedicated and follows through with our sessions/workouts. Be prepared to be nagged if you don't follow her advice, hehe..She's one of the best PTs i've met so far, as we became good friends as well. I learned alot about working out from Sharon and now am more aware of what needs to be done to keep fit and look good at the same time. Last but not least, the best part of the workouts were the pamper sessions at the end. After a strenuous session, Sharon always rewards with a good warm down massage and stretching. Definitely worth all the pain! All the best Sharon!!! :)

My name is Gloria, Sharon has been my personal trainer for the past 6 months. Sharon comes across as a very dedicated n fun loving trainer. She understands my body type n tailored her training to improve my core muscles n fitness level. Even though I travel frequently, she is flexible n always accommodate to my schedule, which is important to my fitness progress. With her dedication n encouraging nature to push till the last minute of the training, I have seen my body has become more toned and my strength has improved tremendously. Now I enjoy dressing up to work, and I have so much confidence when presenting myself to important clients. Last but not least, Sharon always pamper her trainees with a good stretching n massage at the end of every session. This has made me looking forward to every training. Importantly she is not calculative of the time she spent training you n I would like to say that even I have achieved my objective, I would still continue to have Sharon as my personal trainer for a long term.

I met trainer Afa after I had been recently diagnosed with slipped disc of the spine. I wanted to exercise properly but I was frightened my pain would be exacerbated. I knew Afa had trained in australia but what impressed me the most was he said he wasn't an expert in this area but he would research and he did. During training he made sure my back had no strain and he would check up the next day without fail to moniter any recurrance of pain. Now I am over the worst but am able to exercise as I did before but with more knowledge of what my body is able to do. If you have pain and dont know what to do or you just want to look like jennifer anniston (who doesn't!)I highly recommend Afa .

My name is Nora Ibrahim. I’m 45 and a full-time housewife. I would like to tell you a bit about Yvonne Thomas. I was fortunate enough to have been trained by her last year. I had several sessions of PT with Yvonne. At that time, I was new to fitness, but Yvonne’s encouraging and knowledgeable directives did much to change that and helped me find the healthier lifestyle that I am living today.
I had one to one sessions with Yvonne plus group sessions. The group sessions were fun because we trained with a partner, which made it more interesting. As I’m sure you are aware, Yvonne has an in depth knowledge about diet and nutrition, but most importantly, she remembered to stress on its importance to me and my friends, often bringing in articles and printouts for us to read. I have found this to be the most important thing I have learnt from her. Yvonne is very dedicated and patient in her profession.

I am writing this to inform you that Ms.Yvonne Thomas had been my personal trainer at the BnE Women’s Gym in Subang USJ 11 for several months in 2009. She had also conducted weekly workout sessions at the gym in which I participated.
I considered myself very lucky to have met Yvonne and come under her personal guidance. She was a highly dedicated trainer who provided me with lots of good, practical advice and demonstration on what to do, and how to use the gym equipment for optimal results. I was a novice when I joined BnE in July of 2009. I had hoped to improve my overall fitness and tone up my body, but was rather skeptical about obtaining visible results anytime soon. However, with Yvonne’s help and plenty of encouragement from her, I was pleasantly surprised to see great results within the first month itself. The machine that measures weight and body muscles/fat composition showed improvements in all areas. This motivated me to try harder for even better results. But, I must admit that one of the main motivations was my trainer herself. Yvonne looks fabulous, and we all hoped and aspired to look like her. She can be tough and very result-oriented, but I knew that discipline was essential, and I was quite happy to subject myself to her drills and “demands.” She injected a lot of fun into my workout so that I actually looked forward to “hitting the gym.”
Most of us at BnE missed her after she left, and tried to get her back. I have now joined another gym, but am still trying to lure her to the new place.

Yvonne has been fantastic. I am a busy professional, having my own dental practice and just couldn't fit in my fitness regime. After I met her she made me realize it possible to work and take care of my fitness by spending quality time with effective exercises.
She taught me some important compound exercises which targeted my problem areas. She is also very persuasive and has always encouraged me. In my opinion, she is an ideal trainer.
