Our Workshop runs for up to 1 hour and 30 min, and include various topics ranging from weight and lifestyle management made easy to core strength and core strength exercises. The workshops are both educational and entertaining, conducted with demonstration exercises and assisted by our team of trainers.
It is targeted for audiences that ranges from corporate clients to sports club and conducted at the client’s facility.
The workshop would include;
-30 min of theory and slide presentation
-30 min of exercise demonstration and proper technique
-30 min of question and answer (Q&A) session
-Take home materials and freebies
The workshop can accommodate 10 to 50 participants depending on the size of the facility provided.
